MD & owner of RSE Group Limited, a Total Talent Management Company. Working in recruitment for 18 years her company provides candidates at all levels mainly in engineering, manufacturing and agriculture worldwide.

She was voted Corporate Director for the Recruitment Employment Confederation, the governing body which drives best practice and represents the UK’s recruiters worldwide, and is an advocate for Youth Employment Charter and is trail blazing the over 50’s back into work initiative locally.

Mandy regular contributor to the BBC Sunday Politics Show SE on recruitment & employment & developing a happier more motivated workforce and interviewed by Sky News on Brexit and jobs.

She also writes a regular column for ACES magazine, Alliance of East Sussex Chambers mag about employment challenges in the UK. Mandy has met both William Hague as Home Secretary discussing her company’s exporting journey and then recently in 2017 Amber Rudd, current Home Secretary.

She is an Enterprise Advisor for Virtual School; East Sussex – Virtual School is the corporate parent for every child in care and is a Neu Chem© Practitioner & Employability Coach.

As a philanthropic Director she believes in giving something back to the community, she and her team have raised thousands for charity so far this year and is currently undertaking a 1000 volunteer hours as her commitment to charity in 2017 with her team.
